Your role will involve reaching out to consumers, gathering account details, and arranging payment plans. Your top-notch customer service skills will come into play as you engage with consumers over the phone, verifying their details, and asking for payments. This position is based in Wichita, Kansas and runs from Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm.
