Job Description:
Job Summary: This role is responsible for assisting clients with
all aspects of account administration and support, aiming to create
an outstanding client experience through consistently high-quality
service. Responsibilities: Handle incoming call from clients
pertaining to account administration and support Place outbound
call as needed to obtain information and provide solutions to
client Appropriately document all contact with clients on company?s
system Proactively communicate with clients on issues and
obtain/present solutions to issues Respond to client?s emails and
voicemails Perform research regarding client issues or inquires and
responding after the issue has been resolved Interact with clients
with professionalism Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications: To perform this job successfully, an individual

essential functions. Compensations and Benefits: - Salary: $17.00 -
$19.00 per hour plus commissions, based on experience -

Education and/or Experience Associates degree or equivalent Minimum
of three years of related experience ? client services, customer
service, etc. Employee must be have excellent communication skills
