-Your Responsibilities -Are you looking to work with John Deere
dealers and learn a broad portfolio of products? - As an Instructor
in Wichita, KS you will teach dealers, work with factory products,
and build relationships - -to support field teams. We are looking
for someone with agronomy experience, and a technical background in
electrical and hydraulic systems.As an -Instructor -for John Deere
located in Wichita, KS, you will focus on delivering instructor led
and virtual product training to our dealerships, company employees,
and end user customers. In addition, you will: -
- Utilize knowledge of John Deere products to conduct instructor
led and virtual technical training, specifically on row-crop
production systems
- Instruct during our in field sales training once per year in
Orlando, FL
- Work with product lines to deliver and develop training content
for adult learners
- Monitor course effectiveness using Net Promoter Score data
- Provide continual improvements in content development and
delivery -Visa sponsorship is NOT available for this positionWhat
Skills You Need -
- Two years' working in large agriculture products and
services
- Two years' experience, using adult learning theory, curriculum
development and delivery
- Customer focused and excellent verbal and written communication
skill
- Ability to travel domestically up to 50%What Makes You Stand

interfacing with design, engineering, and manufacturing
- One or more years agronomy experienceEducation -Ideally you
will have a degree or equivalent related work experience in the
following: -
- Bachelor's degree in -an education, agriculture, business, or
