This is for the seasoned professional who: - Knows what a proper roof install looks like — and what an improper one looks like from 50 feet away. - Takes pride in clean lines, tight flashing, straight drip edge, and solid water management. - Believes craftsmanship is something earned — not rushed. - Has no problem saying, “We’re fixing this before we sign off.” - Appreciates being trusted to use their judgment. You’ve likely spent years on the roof, maybe run crews, handled installs, repairs, or storm work. Now you want to put your experience to work guiding quality, not just hammering nails. This is a respected position — your word will carry weight. Compensation: $65,000 Responsibilities: You’ll be our eyes in the field. - Conduct on-site inspections for roofing, siding, and gutter installs - Confirm work is correct, clean, safe, and to the company standards - Identify issues early and communicate corrective steps to crews - Perform final job walk-throughs with homeowners and ensure satisfaction - Verify that material usage matches the job scope (no over, no under) - Take detailed photos for documentation and warranty files - Ensure job sites are left clean and properly closed out - You will not be micromanaged. - You will be trusted to represent our standard. Qualifications: What You Need to Bring - 3 years in roofing or exterior construction (install, repairs, or crew lead experience preferred) - Ability to walk roofs and navigate job sites safely - Strong understanding of how water travels and how roofs fail - A professional, steady presence with customers and crews - A clean, reliable approach to documentation (photos, notes, checklists) If you can look at a roof and immediately spot: - Improper shingle reveal - Nail line issues - Poor flashing - Venting errors - Gutter pitch problems …then you'll excel here.
