This position is responsible for data center operations, program development and leadership.A successful candidate will have:

  • Manage network personnel to ensure all data center operations are running as expected
  • Monitor Information Security practices that enable early detection and prevention of system intrusion, hardware, and software issues or failures.
  • Stay abreast of security and compliance procedures and ensure best practice standards are implementedProgram Development
    • Develop, implement, and maintain policies, procedures, and training plans for network resource administration and appropriate network use
    • Coordinate the preparation and testing of programs to ensure programs meet established specifications
    • Oversee the development of user manuals, procedure manuals, and forms to ensure that they are clear and concise, and completed in a timely manner
    • Ensure appropriate controls are developed and implemented and assess the adequacy of controls upon implementation
    • Review programs with users, technical staff, and vendors for comprehensibility and compatibilityLeadership
      • Development and implement technology solutions to support bank strategic initiatives
      • Plan and organize projects and resources with consideration of key driving factors
      • Represent technology in bank strategic initiatives and communicate technology strategy across the bank and technology department
      • Create an environment that motivates employees to achieve goals
      • Provide consistent coaching and timely feedback
      • Seek opportunities to strengthen ties between the data center and other Emprise departments

          • Bachelor's degree and three + years related work experience, or level of education that, together with industry experience, enables the applicant to meet the job requirements.
