Join a leader in senior service providers.
Assisted Living is searching for:
Select Personnel to supervise activities of major departments and consult with them regarding problems.
Hire, discipline, and terminate department employees in coordination with the corporate office.
Coordinate scheduling of the staff department personnel; ascertain quality of performance, and inter-department relationships.
Prepare and submit required reports to corporate office.
Establish, implement, review and update facility policies pertaining to resident care, personnel, financial control, public relations, maintenance of facility, job descriptions and procedure manuals in coordination with the corporate office.
Accompany surveyors and consultants on facility inspections; arrange exit conferences which include department heads; review deficiencies and submit plan of correction, approved by corporate, to appropriate government agency upon receipt of report of deficiencies if applicable.
Supervise department heads; meet with department heads on a regular basis.
Approve time cards by the established deadlines.
Responsible for planning, organizing, staffing, directing and coordinating of facility to ensure quality care of residents; be knowledgeable and implement federal, state and local laws and regulations applicable to the facility, residents, personnel and physical facility.

Oversee the overall management and ensure services are delivered in a caring manor to Assisted Living residents.

Director is responsible for the daily operations as well as maintaining compliance with Kansas regulations and applicable Federal and State laws governing Assisted Living Facilities.

Provide training, supervision and monitoring of all employees.

Director will implement approaches to maintain resident independence and satisfaction.

Delegate the responsibility for carrying out the assigned duties and responsibilities in accordance with current existing federal and state regulations and laws, and established company policies and procedures as designated by the corporate office.

Communicate with the corporate office all relevant issues related to HR and resident risk management.

Communicate with the corporate office all relevant issues related to environmental risk management.

Ensure all appropriate documents for new -hires/terminations -are faxed to corporate office.

Maintain personal contact with residents and their families or guardians.

Operate, manage and maintain facility in accordance with established policies and procedures of the governing body.
