We are looking for a Territory Manager to join our dynamic team at our Wichita branch! Our Wichita branch is located at 5200 E. 35th Street N., Suite B Wichita, KS 67220As a Territory Manager you will be responsible for calling on new and existing assigned customers for purposes of sales growth, promotional activities, new product introduction, problem resolution, customer training, and product performance discussions. This role is responsible for territory saturation and sales growth through excellence in customer service and utilization of company sales tools and systems. You will call on customers independently, with the Sales Manager, in person and via phone calls.   • Provides excellent customer service through timely customer interaction, problem resolution or escalation with effective and efficient follow-up.
  • Supports valued business relationships in all dealings with related departments aiming to resolve customer and other issues in a timely manner. Approaches peers and customers with a spirit of positive problem resolution.
  • Responsible for growth of new accounts and customer relationship development within the assigned territory.
  • Responsible for sales penetration of assigned base customer accounts and customer relationship maintenance.
  • Engages in Cold Calling Activities in order to maintain an adequate customer pipeline.
  • Presents marketing programs to customers that include promotions, flyers, specials, training, and other programs as directed.
  • Exhibits a strong understanding of the features and benefits of the residential forced air and commercial equipment sold by the company.
  • Assists in collection of outstanding accounts receivable when directed.Job Requirements
    • High School diploma or its GED equivalent and some college coursework in Business or related field.
