ResponsibilitiesThe CAMP Project Management Office (PMO) team is a newly formed organization seeking to execute strategic projects across the company that support key CAMP objectives. If you have a desire to be a part of a highly-visible, highly-impactful, cross-functional team that aligns strategy, processes and initiatives, come join our PMO team! The PMO Process Quality Manager is responsible for leading critical projects to completion while achieving all desired business objectives within scope. This role centers on owning the quality within our critical business processes and key business initiatives. It also includes planning, executing and working cross-functionally on projects to drive lasting improvement. You will also work closely with project specialists and analysts in a peer leadership manner, directing the project team members successfully, especially in a matrixed environment. It is imperative that you can clearly identify, elicit, analyze, specify and validate requirements and ensure buy-in from all stakeholders. Also critical to success will be verifying requirements for completeness, consistency, comprehensibility, feasibility, and conformity to set standards.
The Process Quality Manager will demonstrate a drive to apply their CAMP business and process knowledge to elevate the overall quality of our service. This manager-level position also includes analyzing the effectiveness and efficiency of existing processes and developing proactive plans to improve areas before they become problematic.
Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree required
  • 3-5 years of aviation maintenance experience in a field applicable to CAMP. Prior CAMP experience a plus
  • 3-5 years of project or process management experience
  • 3-5 years of quality process, assurance and improvement experience
  • Ability to be physically present in a CAMP office as part of the 3 days in / 2 days remote work schedule
    Required SkillsA successful candidate for this role will possess and/or demonstrate:
    • Deep knowledge of aviation maintenance and/or business processes
    • Skilled with data analysis and working with wide-ranging data sets
    • Meticulous attention to detail, but also the ability to think strategically and analyze data through multiple lenses
    • Demonstrated ability to effectively conduct RCCA analysis
    • Thorough understanding of project management, phases, techniques, tools and reporting
    • Exceptional verbal, written and presentation skills
    • Experience in large projects with multiple stakeholders, complicated data dependencies, intersecting workstreams and skilled at project change management
    • Strong understanding of operations and process improvement
    • Experience managing multiple projects at once and ensuring priority of issues and risks
