*Job Brief: *

Develop territory call routes and dealer interaction to best utilize resources while building and maintaining effective relationships with dealer group personnel.

Create and implement sales and marketing plans that will assure the company is aggressively seeking new customers and markets, achieving its full sales potential and fulfilling its obligations under the terms of its contracts and relationships with our dealer network.

Assure that the dealership sales department is familiar with and utilizing all available resources in its pursuit of sales and profitability.

Assist the Dealer with the utilization of appropriate sales programs, advertisements and promotions.

Maintain current field inventory by performing physical audits to determine levels and condition.

Maintain competitive knowledge to create and adjust sales strategies

Provide training to dealer personnel in the use of online resources for whole-goods, parts and service management.

Coordinate and promote in-field demonstrations of company product offerings.

*Sales Objectives: *

Collaborate with the Sales Manager to create, develop and implement strategies for company growth within the assigned territory.

Establish quarterly sales and profit objectives, as well as plans for implementation in a fashion conducive to achieving those sales goals and maximizing the return on the company's investment.

Develop dealer training plans that will encourage performance, reward success, and assure that all departments will achieve their goals for sales, market representation, profits, and customer satisfaction.

Initiate and participate in product demonstrations during harvest season.

Proficient in utilizing Microsoft Office software including: Word, Excel, Outlook & Powerpoint
