Outstanding!-- Pediatric Advanced LifeSupport (PALS) verification course, as specified in policy-- We would prefer any ofthe following certifications; Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP), Trauma CoreCourse (TNCC) preferred for Pediatrics, Advanced Trauma Life Support (ATLS), TraumaCore Course (TNCC) verification course, as specified in policy, Chemotherapy &Biotherapy (APHON) - required if giving chemotherapy, and successful completionof the Wesley Dysrhythmia exam within allotted timeframe, as specified in policy-- Ability to utilize thenursing process in the provision of nursing care including, but not limited to,administering treatments and medications, interpreting diagnostic tests, formulatinga plan of care, collaborating with other health care providers and providing educationto patients and/or significant others.-- Demonstrated ability tocommunicate effectively.-- Possess personal computerskills.-- Ability to multi-task,delegate and prioritize-- Possessproblem-solving and critical thinking skills-- We prefer candidateshave 1 to 2 years of pediatric experienceWe are an equal opportunityemployer and value diversity at our company.
