this fantastic opportunity. What you would do in this role: Renal
Dialysis Nurse is responsible for planning and providing patient
care for the renal dialysis adult patients in accordance with the
physician's orders, hospital policies and procedures, PSHA
guidelines, AMI guidelines, JCAHO standards, federal, state, and
local regulations. The Renal Dialysis Nurse is responsible for
communicating with the primary nurse prior to, during, and after
the dialysis treatment as necessary to assure continuity of patient
care. The Renal Dialysis Nurse is also responsible for acute and
chronic treatment modalities as ordered. The Renal Dialysis Nurse
independently performs crucial tasks in assessing, initiating,
monitoring, and terminating treatment modalities in the inpatient
and outpatient setting. Performs duties independently, in a
professional manner, without immediate or continuous supervision.
Qualifications What qualifications you will need: Minimum of 6
months to a year of experience as a dialysis nurse, required. RN
Licensure in state of Kansas. Graduate from an accredited school of
Nursing. American Red Cross or America Heart Association Basic Life
Support Course (BLS or BCLS) and Certification is required. HCA
