About the RoleWe are seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team at Heartland Home Health. As an Occupational Therapist, you will play a vital role in providing quality rehabilitative care to patients with musculoskeletal, neurological, cardiopulmonary, and psychiatric deficiencies.Responsibilities

• Initiate planned, purposeful activity to enhance the physical and psychosocial functioning of patients.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive care and optimal patient outcomes.Requirements
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in occupational therapy from an accredited institution.
  • Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist in the state and in good standing with the Board.
