preferred Must-Have: Candidates must be proficient in dysrhythmia
interpretation Job Description: - Work in a Step-Down Unit with 8
beds. - Serve on either a Day Shift or Night Shift team, typically
with 2 RNs and 1 Patient Care Technician (PCT). - Maintain patient
ratios of 1:4. - Utilize Electronic Medical Records (EMR) software
Meditech. - Engage in typical procedures performed in step-down
care settings. - Communicate effectively and work collaboratively
within a team-oriented environment. - Ensure quality patient care
adhering to unit standards and practices. Note: Candidates with NIH
certification will be prioritized. A great communicator and
team-oriented personality are essential for success in this
role.
