Nursing Facility (SNF) Long Term Care for a travel nursing job in
Wichita, Kansas. Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Long

36 hours per week Shift: 12 hours, days Employment Type: Travel Key
Responsibilities: Charge nurse experience required Develop and
implement personalized care plans with the healthcare team
Communicate with residents, families, and staff Maintain accurate
patient records Monitor vital signs and administer medications
Supervise CNAs and LPNs Provide emotional support and companionship
to residents Required documents: Active RN license (state-specific
or Nurse Compact eligible) Current BLS/CPR (AHA) two-step TB test
