Length: 13 weeks (Start: 10/20/2025 – End: 1/19/2026) - Shift:
10-hour day shifts (7:00 AM – 5:00 PM) - Hours per Week: 40 -
Employment Type: Travel RN Registered Nurse Qualifications - Active
Registered Nurse (RN) license (Kansas RN license preferred) -
Minimum 1 year of recent Cardiac Stepdown RN or CVOR nursing
experience (CVOR experience required; no training provided) -
Experience with Meditech EMR preferred - Strong clinical skills in
cardiac surgical procedures: CABG, AVR, MVR, TAVR - Confident,
adaptable, and collaborative personality Cardiac Stepdown RN
Responsibilities - Deliver direct patient care in the Cardiac
Stepdown and Operating Room setting - Assist with advanced cardiac
surgical procedures, including CABG, AVR, MVR, and TAVR -
Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams (CVOR RNs,
CSTs) to ensure optimal patient outcomes - Utilize Meditech EMR for
accurate documentation and patient management - Participate in the
ECMO program as it restarts - Maintain a 1:1 patient ratio to
