Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: CT Technologist - Discipline: Allied Health Professional - Start Date: 12/15/2025 - Duration: 13 weeks - 36 hours per week - Shift: 12 hours, nights - Employment Type: Travel Allied Position Job Notes: Travel or Local Allied Healthcare Professional needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2 years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available. Opportunity: CT Technologist - CT Tech Job Details: • Work 12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM • Weekend coverage assignment for CT department • Must have KSBHA license • Required to work independently with strong problem-solving skills • 2-3 years of CT experience preferred • Siemens scanner experience preferred • Must be able to back up X-ray technologist when they are in the OR • Dress code requires black scrubs (not provided) • Work with Siemens Somatom Plus 128 slice CT scanner • Use Meditech EMR system and FUJI Synapse PACS • Perform mixture of CT procedures including head, cervical spine, chest, abdomen, and pelvis • Handle CTA studies for chest, neck, and abdomen • Perform occasional CTA cardiac studies and CT lumbar/thoracic spine • Execute CT head stroke protocols • Scan primarily adult ED patients with some pediatric scans possible • Handle adult inpatient scans as ordered • Work in department that varies from busy to slow based on ED patient load Facility: This healthcare facility is a 64-bed hospital featuring a 12-bed adult ICU and 14-bed emergency department.
