Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) at FUSION SENIOR CARE HOMES PLUS LLC, located in Wichita, KS. The LPN will be responsible for providing direct nursing care to residents, monitoring resident health, administering medications, and coordinate the continuum of care. The LPN will also collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure the well-being and comfort of residents, maintain accurate and timely documentation, and educate residents and their families on health care needs. Qualifications Possession of a valid Practical Nursing License Strong clinical skills, including administering medications, monitoring health, and providing direct patient care Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with residents, families, and healthcare team members Ability to maintain accurate and timely nursing documentation Experience in elder care or senior living facilities is preferred Compassionate and patient-centered approach to nursing care Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment High level of organizational and time-management skills CPR and First Aid certification is a plus
