Pay Information $1,876 per week About The Position Job Title: Travel RN - High Risk OB/GYN Profession: RN Specialty: Post Partum/Mom Baby Duration: 13 Weeks Shift: Night Shift Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum 2 Years License: RN License Required Certifications: None Specified Must-Have: Candidates must have a valid RN license. Candidates must have previous Med-Surg experience. Description: The unit has 29 beds and a staffing level of 20. On day shifts, there is one charge nurse and three to four RNs. On night shifts, there is one charge nurse and two to three RNs. Patient ratios are typically 4-6:1. The unit uses an electronic medical record system. Candidates with the following experience are preferred: OB experience, Med-Surg experience, GYN experience. Typical procedures performed on the unit include: Post-operative gynecological surgeries, Urogynecology surgeries, Ectopic pregnancies, High-risk pregnancies requiring hospitalization, Fetal monitoring (NSTs), GYN oncology post-operative care, Women's health med-surg, Post-partum care, including NICU moms or readmitted post-partum complications. The ideal candidate will possess a personality fit for the fast-paced and supportive environment of the unit.
