Job Title: Registered Nurse - ICU Profession: RN Specialty: ICU Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12.5 hours Experience: Minimum 2 years License: Current RN license Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIH Certification, CPI/MOAB High Risk Online Portion, CPI/MOAB High Risk On-Site Portion Must-Have: - Minimum 2 years of ICU experience - BLS and ACLS certification - NIH Certification - CPI/MOAB certifications Description: This position is within a Level 1 Trauma Center. The unit has 16 beds dedicated to Trauma Intensive Care. Candidates should possess a strong understanding of trauma care. Excellent critical thinking and communication skills are essential. The role involves providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment. Team collaboration is crucial for optimal patient outcomes. Continuous monitoring and assessment of patients is required. Candidates must be able to respond quickly to emergency situations. Flexibility and adaptability to changing circumstances are important. Strong organizational skills will help manage multiple patient care tasks effectively.
