dedicated professional like you to be a part of our Nuclear
Medicine team. Join us in our efforts to better serve our
community! A few responsibilities of our Nuclear Medicine Tech
include: - You will position and prepare patients for exams
according to the type of procedure to be performed - You will be
performing procedures and assessing patients throughout and
responding to the patient’s needs as appropriate - You will
complete appropriate documentation for each study performed - You
will participate in quality control and assessment activities on a
daily basis - You will handle radiopharmaceuticals to include
storage, dosage preparation/calculation, administration, and
disposal - You will perform quality control, equipment calibration,
and equipment maintenance - You will participate in the improvement
of operational functions of the department - You will monitor and
evaluate the quality and appropriateness of care and practices;
identifying opportunities for improvement through collaboration The
required job qualifications include: - Current registry by the
American Registry of Radiologic Technologists or Nuclear Medicine
Technology Certification Board - Current Basic Life Support (BLS)
verification course, as specified in policy - Graduate of an
accredited school of Nuclear Medicine Technology - One year of
experience in Nuclear Medicine preferred For more than 100 years,
