be considered. Provide specialized nursing care in a critical care
stepdown setting, supporting patients requiring close monitoring
and advanced interventions. This contract role offers an

and live. Responsibilities: - Deliver comprehensive stepdown
nursing care to patients recovering from critical illness or
surgery - Monitor and manage complex cardiac cases, including heart
catheterizations and cardioversion - Administer and titrate
medication drips, manage central lines, and care for patients on
advanced support like balloon pumps, CRRT (Continuous Renal
Replacement Therapy), and hypothermia protocols - Collaborate with
multidisciplinary teams to ensure effective care planning and
patient safety - Utilize EMR systems (Meditech) efficiently for
documentation and communication Desired Qualifications: -
Registered Nurse licensure with experience in Stepdown or Cardiac
Care Units - Current BLS and ACLS certifications required -
Knowledge of NIH Stroke Scale preferred - Ability to manage 1:2
patient ratios in a fast-paced environment - Strong organizational
skills, efficiency, and a positive, engaged attitude Schedule: -
Night shift availability preferred (7PM 7AM) This contract
