Registered Nurse (RN) | Rehab Location: Wichita, KS Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $1,614 per week Shift Information: Days - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 1/26/2026 About the Position TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified Rehab RN in Wichita, Kansas, 67208! Job Title: RN - Rehab Profession: RN Specialty: Rehabilitation Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum 2 years License: RN License Certifications: BLS Certification, IV Certification (for LPN) Must-Have: Candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role. BLS certified IV certified (for LPN) Read telemetry Description: Travel RN position in Rehabilitation. Work hours are from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM. The rehabilitation center has 41 beds. Current staffing includes 4 RNs and 5 LPNs on day shift. Night shift includes 4 RNs and 4 LPNs. Patient ratios are 1:6. Type of equipment used includes patient lifts, iSTAT, glucometers, and inhalers/breathing treatments. Electronic Medical Record system used is Meditech Magic. Typical responsibilities include assisting in rehabilitation care plans established by the interdisciplinary team. Additional duties may involve lab draws, administration of IV medications, blood transfusions, and conducting head-to-toe assessments. Ideal candidates should enjoy educating patients and family members on care plans and rehabilitation programs. Strong communication skills, as well as empathy and advocacy for patients, are essential. All staff are expected to follow main campus policies and guidelines. A new rehabilitation facility with state-of-the-art equipment is set to open, allowing opportunities to work with an interdisciplinary team.
