Nurse, Intermediate Medical Unit – Kansas Start Date: December 9,
2025 Location: Wichita, Kansas Compensation: Details provided to
qualified applicants Schedule: Night shift, 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM,
12-hour shifts Highlights: 37-bed Intermediate Medical Unit with
telemetry capabilities Patient ratios of 1:6 general; 1:4 for
post-cardiac catheterization patients Hands-on experience with
central lines, medication drips, cardiac recovery, and bubble
studies Collaborative team environment with experienced RNs and
dedicated support staff including Patient Care Techs and Unit
Clerks EMR system: Meditech Equipment includes PCA pumps, IV pumps,
and chest tube management Requirements: Active RN license in Kansas
or compact state eligibility BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
required ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) certification
required Telemetry and intermediate care experience strongly
preferred Strong critical thinking skills and ability to work
