prescriptions accurately while adhering to regulatory and ethical
standards. Provide outstanding customer service and patient
counseling on prescription and OTC medications. Manage pharmacy
inventory and perform regular audits to ensure compliance with
state and federal regulations. Collaborate with healthcare
providers to optimize patient medication therapies and improve
outcomes. Administrate immunizations and health screenings as
permitted by state regulations. Supervise pharmacy technicians and
provide on-the-job training to ensure quality service and
compliance with applicable laws. Strong knowledge of drug
administration, interactions, and pharmacy law Excellent
communication and interpersonal skills for dealing with diverse
customers and medical providers Proficiency in pharmacy management
systems and technology Ability to multitask, problem-solve, and
manage time efficiently Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision
Insurance Life Insurance 401k Active Pharmacist license with no
restrictions required. Certification in Immunization preferred.
Must keep up with continuing education requirements for pharmacy
licensure.
