Intensive Care Unit for a travel nursing job in Wichita, Kansas.
Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: ICU - Intensive Care
Unit - Discipline: RN - Start Date: ASAP - Duration: 13 weeks - 36
hours per week - Shift: 12 hours, days - Employment Type: Travel RN
Position Job Notes: Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for
ASAP start. A minimum of 2 years of recent hospital bedside
experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5
weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the
initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available. Opportunity: RN
- MICU Job Details: • Work 12-hour day shifts from 7:00 AM to 7:00
PM • 26-bed Medical Intensive Care Unit on 4th floor • Patient
ratio of 1:2 • Work with specialized equipment including CRRT and
chemotherapy administration • Electronic Medical Record system:
Meditech • Perform typical procedures including CRRT, chemotherapy,
bronchoscopies, EGD, central lines, and medication drips • Required
certifications: BLS and ACLS • NIH certification preferred • Must
demonstrate driven, organized, and efficient work style • Positive
attitude and engagement essential • Work alongside 13 RNs, 1 Charge
Nurse, and 1 Patient Care Tech per shift Facility: This medical
