Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Telemetry - Discipline: RN - Start Date: 01/19/2026 - Duration: 13 weeks - 36 hours per week - Shift: 12 hours, nights - Employment Type: Travel RN Position Job Notes: Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2 years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available. Opportunity: RN - Tele Job Details: • Work 12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM • Seasonal travel position on Progressive Care Unit (PCU) • Patient ratio of 1:4 • Work every other weekend • Must be available to float to other units • Work with 14-bed PCU unit • Required certifications: BLS, ACLS • Work with chest tubes, IV pumps, and various drainage systems • Use Meditech electronic medical record system • Perform medication drip management, central line care, and heart catheterization recovery • No invasive procedures performed on unit • Must demonstrate positive attitude, patient-centered care, critical thinking, and team collaboration • Knowledge of medication drips, central lines, and heart catheterization recovery required • Work alongside RNs and PCTs (Patient Care Technicians) Facility: This medical center is a comprehensive healthcare facility featuring a specialized Progressive Care Unit that provides intermediate-level care between medical/surgical and intensive care.
