We also are a remote tele unit so we see a bit of everything along with our oncology patients. Our hospital is in the top 100 hospitals of the nation and we are proud of the quality care that we give. Our team is very positive and is a joy to work with, we often have float pool staff say they love coming to our unit because the team work is so strong. We are also a magnet facility so really appreciate nurses input in how care should be delivered to our patients and we also use an iphone nursing system so nurses can text and call any care team member immediately from their work iphones.
