Job Title: RN - Medical Surgical / Ortho Spine Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: Medical Surgical Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum 2 years License: Active RN License Certifications: BLS Required Must-Have: Candidates must have experience with traction and post-operative care for spine, hip, and joint precautions. Description: This position is for a travel RN in the Medical Surgical and Ortho Spine unit. The unit consists of 34 beds and has a staff of 50 members. The typical patient-to-nurse ratio is 6:1. Staff includes charge nurses, RNs, and patient care technicians. The most recruited skill set includes travel RNs, local CNAs, and sitters. The unit performs various procedures including total joint and spine surgery. We value outgoing team players who demonstrate compassion.
