Cynet Health to find a qualified Med/Surg / Tele RN in Salina,
Kansas, 67401! Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing

License: Valid state license required Certifications: BLS, TNCC

adult experience required Ability to float to multiple medical
units as needed Description: The ideal candidate will have a
minimum of 2 years of nursing experience. Experience with the
Meditech electronic medical record system is required. Candidates
must have certifications in BLS and TNCC. The position involves
providing care to surgical patients excluding cardiac cases. It
includes managing patients post-operatively from orthopedic,
neurological, trauma, general surgery, and urological procedures.
Floating to other medical units may be required based on staffing
needs. Expected patient ratio is 1:6 in a unit with a daily census
of 25-30 patients. Nursing skills including IV therapy, wound care,
and respiratory management are essential for this role. Candidates
should be familiar with administering various medications and
managing complex patient needs. Weekend shifts will be required
every other weekend. The work setting includes interdisciplinary
support from therapy teams and nursing staff. The role requires
strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in
a team environment. Isolation precautions and safety protocols will
