Join us and enjoy: • License/Certification Reimbursement • Health Insurance • Referral Program • Certification Reimbursement • Weekly Pay Key Responsibilities of the CVOR RN • Provide circulating and/or scrub assistance during cardiovascular surgical procedures • Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, perfusionists, and surgical teams • Maintain sterile field integrity and ensure adherence to OR safety protocols • Assess, plan, and implement individualized patient care • Monitor patient condition before, during, and after procedures • Operate and manage CVOR equipment and instruments • Accurately document all perioperative care and surgical activities Requirements for a CVOR RN • Active RN license (Kansas or Compact) • Previous CVOR experience required • BLS and ACLS certifications required • Strong knowledge of cardiovascular surgical procedures • Ability to work effectively in a fast?paced OR environment Why Work in Wichita, KS?
