Job Description HealthTrust Workforce Solutions Regional is seeking a local contract nurse RN Pediatrics for a local contract nursing job in Wichita, Kansas. Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Pediatrics - Discipline: RN - Duration: 13 weeks - 36 hours per week - Shift: 12 hours, nights - Employment Type: Local Contract - Number of Beds -30 - Number of Staff – 57 - Type of staff: - Day Shift-RN’s, Nurse Techs, RTs, Dietician and Desk person - Night Shift - RN’s, Nurse Techs, RTs, Dietician and Desk person - Patient Ratios –Cardio-respiratory monitors-8 on the floor and all rooms have pulse oximetry; Hugs system - EMR -Meditech - Typical Procedures: IV Starts Must Haves:/n- An ASN degree minimum, BSN preferred/n- A recent 12 months of Peds RN experience in an acute inpatient hospital setting/n- KS RN License/n- BLS and PALS Certifications/n/nPreferred or Nice to Have:/n- APHON/n- IV Starts/n- MediTech Experience/n- Travel Experience
