Health to find a qualified Med/Surg / Tele RN in Salina, Kansas,

Description: MEDITECH experience is required with no exceptions.
Experience with both pediatric and adult populations is necessary.
The position involves night shifts from 7 PM to 7:30 AM. Every
other weekend is required. The nurse will float to the medical unit
as needed. The patient ratio is 1:6 on a 40-bed unit. Patients
include all surgical cases except cardiac. Common diagnoses include
orthopedic, neurological, trauma, general surgery, and urology.
Nurses are expected to utilize rapid response teams and code teams
as required. Skills in IV therapy, phlebotomy, and medication
management are essential. Knowledge of wound care and isolation
precautions is also crucial. Bariatric beds and lift systems are
available in every room. Interdisciplinary support includes IV
teams, physical therapy, respiratory services, and pharmacy. 5
