Job Description LanceSoft is seeking a local contract Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) for a local contract job in Wichita, Kansas. Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) - Discipline: Therapy - Start Date: 03/09/2026 - Duration: 52 weeks - 40 hours per week - Shift: 8 hours, days - Employment Type: Local Contract We are hiring full-time Kansas-licensed BCBAs (LBA required) for remote, hybrid, and in-person roles. We welcome candidates with 1–3 years of experience and are open to newly certified BCBAs (<1 year) committed to full-time work in Kansas. Relocation stipends available for full-time BCBAs moving to key Kansas markets. No sign-on bonus. Responsibilities - Conduct skills assessments & FBAs - Develop and oversee treatment plans - Supervise RBTs/technicians - Provide services via in-person and/or telehealth - Collaborate with families and clinical teams Qualifications - Active Kansas LBA - BCBA certification in good standing - Experience with telehealth preferred - Strong time management and communication skills - Experience with skills assessments and FBA methodologies About LanceSoft Established in 2000, LanceSoft is a Certified MBE and Woman-Owned organization.
