their homes. Your work will directly contribute to patient
recovery, maintaining our standards of excellence and expanding our
reach across communities. Assess patient health problems and needs
in a home care environment. Develop nursing care plans and maintain
accurate medical records. Administer nursing care to ill, injured,
or disabled patients. Advise patients on health maintenance and
disease prevention. Coordinate with healthcare professionals and
caregivers to optimize patient outcomes. Ensure compliance with all
safety and regulatory guidelines. Proficient in developing and
executing nursing care plans Strong interpersonal and communication
skills Ability to work autonomously and make decisions Experience
with electronic medical record systems Skilled in IV administration
and wound care Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance
Life Insurance 401k Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the
state of practice Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification Driver's
license and reliable transportation
