How you’ll make an impact in this role - Lead the delivery of compassionate, high-standard nursing care by following established clinical protocols to ensure patient safety and excellence. - Manage and adapt comprehensive patient care plans, vigilantly monitoring conditions to provide real-time updates that drive clinical decision-making. - Coordinate multidisciplinary teams as the primary point of contact, ensuring every specialist and department is aligned for seamless patient outcomes. - Execute physician and nursing orders with precision, translating clinical instructions into proactive bedside care. - Facilitate thoughtful discharge planning in collaboration with the healthcare team to ensure patients have a safe and supported transition from hospital to home. What minimum requirements you’ll need Licensure / Certification / Registration: - BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. - Advanced Life Support obtained within 6 Months (180 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. - Licensed Registered Nurse credentialed from the Kansas Board of Nursing required. Education: - Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR professional licensure at time of hire required. What additional preferences we're seeking - Critical Care Experience: 1 years of professional experience in a RN Critical Care environment is essential for this high-acuity setting.
