How you’ll make an impact in this role - Guide the recovery journey by performing comprehensive bio-psychosocial assessments that capture the full picture of a patient’s needs and strengths. - Lead therapeutic interventions by conducting or co-leading group therapy sessions, providing patients with the tools and community they need to heal. - Shape personalized care strategies by collaborating with the interdisciplinary treatment team to design and refine goals that reflect the patient’s evolving status. - Empower patient progress by implementing and adjusting nursing care plans in real-time, ensuring every intervention is purposeful and responsive to the patient’s unique challenges. - status. What minimum requirements you’ll need Licensure / Certification / Registration: - BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. - Licensed Registered Nurse credentialed from the Kansas Board of Nursing required. Education: - Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR professional licensure at time of hire required.
