Assess, plan, and implement nursing care plans for patients in the
PICU. Monitor patient health and maintain accurate records of vital
signs and medical information. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary
team to facilitate integrated and comprehensive care. Educate
patients and their families on treatment plans and healthcare
needs. Manage medical emergencies using standard technology and
protocols. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by
physicians. Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and
safety standards. Proficiency in pediatric emergency care. Strong
clinical skills with attention to detail. Excellent interpersonal
and communication abilities. Ability to work efficiently under
pressure in a fast-paced environment. Expertise in utilizing
high-tech healthcare equipment. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance
Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Valid state Registered Nurse
(RN) license. BLS (Basic Life Support) Certification. PALS
(Pediatric Advanced Life Support) Certification preferred.
