Job Description:
Ascension, a leader in faith-based healthcare, seeks a
Registered Nurse for Ambulatory Care to join our team. In this
role, you'll contribute to a multidimensional strategy of care by
providing comprehensive, empathetic, and dynamic nursing support in
an outpatient setting. As a dedicated caregiver, you will utilize
cutting-edge resources and work collaboratively with healthcare
professionals to deliver exceptional care tailored to individual
patient needs, reflecting our commitment to innovation and
compassionate service. Perform patient assessments and provide
necessary and prescribed treatments. Initiate patient education and
counseling to promote health. Manage chronic disease and coordinate
care. Record patients' medical information and vital signs. Adjust
patient care plans as indicated by patients' responses and
conditions. Consult and coordinate with healthcare team members to
assess, plan, implement, or evaluate patient care plans. Strong
clinical skills in a healthcare setting. Excellent communication
and interpersonal skills. Capability to operate medical equipment.
Proficient in EMR systems. Ability to work independently and manage
time effectively. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision
Insurance Life Insurance 401k Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
BLS/CPR certification. Preferably additional certification in
Ambulatory Care Nursing (RN-BC).
