Job Description:
HCA Healthcare invites applications for the position of Clinical
Nurse Coordinator in Surgical Oncology, a prized role dedicated to

surgery. Our Nurse Coordinators play a crucial part in our

patient care services in one of our reputed surgical oncology
departments. This position involves both direct patient care and
administrative responsibilities, ensuring that our high standards
of care are maintained throughout the patient's surgical
experience. As part of HCA Healthcare, you will be joining a team

and improving their quality of life through state-of-the-art
medical treatments and compassionate care. Coordinate and manage
the daily operations of the nursing staff in the surgical oncology
department. Develop and implement nursing care plans to ensure
quality patient care. Assist with surgical procedures and provide
direct patient care when necessary. Participate in the recruitment,
training, and mentoring of nursing staff. Ensure compliance with
healthcare regulations and standards. Facilitate collaboration
across healthcare teams to promote integrated patient care. Monitor
patient outcomes and adjust care plans as necessary. Maintain
patient records and document all care provided. Strong leadership
and team management skills. In-depth knowledge of oncology and
surgical nursing practices. Excellent communication and
interpersonal skills. Ability to handle high-stress environments.
Proficiency in electronic healthcare systems and patient records
management. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance
Life Insurance 401k Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license. Oncology
Nursing Certification preferred.
