Job Description:

dedicated Registered Nurse specialized in Orthopedic Spine to join
our talented team. This role involves providing specialized nursing
care for patients undergoing spinal surgeries and treatments,
helping to manage pain, and assisting in patient rehabilitation. As
part of our dynamic team, you will work in a supportive environment
aimed at enhancing patient outcomes while upholding the highest
standards of care. Assess patient health problems and needs
specific to orthopedic spine care. Develop nursing care plans for
spinal surgery patients. Administer nursing care to ill, injured,
or disabled patients. Advise patients on health maintenance and
disease prevention for spinal-related issues. Coordinate with
healthcare professionals to modify patient treatment plans as
necessary. Monitor, record, and report symptoms and changes in
patients' conditions. Operate medical equipment related to
orthopedic spine care. Ensure adherence to quality assurance and
patient safety standards. Strong clinical skills in a surgical
environment Proficiency in pain management Ability to operate
spine-specific diagnostic and treatment equipment Excellent
interpersonal and communication skills Critical thinking and
problem-solving skills Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision
Insurance Life Insurance 401k Current Registered Nurse (RN) license
in the state of employment CPR certified Orthopedic Nurse Certified
(ONC) preferred
