What You ll Do

• Provide in-house neonatal care at a Level-III, 60-bed NICU
• Participate in in-house call and backup call from home as part of the practice coverage model
• Deliver high-quality care supported by residents and nurse practitioners
• Support an evolving team-based management approach with quality improvement (QI) involvement
• Care for neonates across NICU services (with services excluding ECMO and heart surgery)
• Collaborate within an 8-physician practice on a rotating schedule
• Contribute to opportunities through affiliation with KU School of Medicine Wichita (QI/research)

What You NeedRequired

• BC/BE in Neonatology
• Ability to participate in the practice s rotating shift schedule and on-call coverage from home

Preferred

• New Fellow graduate candidates considered if already BC in Pediatrics
• Experience not specified, but strong neonatal clinical judgment and comfort with team-based care is expected
