Inviting applications for the role of Team Leader of Administration Support We are looking for individual who is highly customer service oriented and has good audit and digital literacy. In this role, you will be encouraged to work on deadlines, in a fairly high-pressure business environment while being a standout colleague. Prior customer service and data entry experience will be preferred. Job Requirements:Responsibilities Perform assigned activities per predefined SOPs and work instructions Perform data entry into customers ERP and other business management tools and ensure high level of accuracy. Perform data validations and audits to highlight any anomalies in data between different customer data sources. Perform entry into paper-based records and transfer physical records between departments. Closely work with client counterparts and resolve any issues in the process. Identify impacts of transaction process followed in customer service on the client business and mitigate potential risks to business Attend customer meetings related assigned business process and supply as the need arises Run reports and present process related data as per customer requirement. Responsible for the daily activities and tasks of all team members. Responsible for tracking and reporting risks to the site manager. Responsible for tracking and approving all Paid Time Off and leave requests, managing thru the time keeping system, ADP, and ensuring adequate coverage of all tasks during absences. Responsible for ensuring proper training of all new hires. Responsible for ensuring that the cross-training plan is executed and maintained up to date. Create and foster a positive and professional work environment. Use intimate knowledge of Aviation Records Centers to advance the team with which daily tasks are conducted. Utilize knowledge of Aviation Overhaul Shops to assist, cross train, and assign daily tasks to the administrative support team.
