Job Description Job Description Position Objectives Greeters/Hosts are responsible for welcoming and creating the first impression of the Harvest Kitchen and Bar for our guests. This position has the ability to influence overall guest satisfaction while providing table accommodations and offering menu recommendations. Greeters are also the final point of contact and help with ensuring guests leave happy and satisfied with their service. Qualifications Must be eighteen (18) or older Preferred prior restaurant host experience Available to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays Education & Skills Preferred ; Food Handlers card Required ; mathematical skills that require the ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide Required ; effective oral and written communication skills in order to interact with all employee levels and guests within the hotel Required ; Ability to multi task, prioritize and handle conflicting demands Required ; Flexible with the ability to adapt to a rapidly changing priorities and situations Required ; Sold under pressure, professional and able to maintain composure in handing complaints and other feedback Required ; Ability to meet deadlines without compromise
