Shift: 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM Experience: • 12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months. • Must have at least 12 months of Medical Surgical Unit experience. Requirements: • Candidates must have a Kansas license or compact license (required for submission). • Flu vaccination required after submission. Religious, medical, and personal declinations accepted. • 6 months gap required between for Staff at Program: Ascension Health Resource and Supply Management Group, LLC (Direct) - North and no current placement allowed at Program: Ascension Health Resource and Supply Management Group, LLC (Direct) - North. Additional Details: Required Credentials: MOAB Moderate Risk. Driver’s License/State ID Special Requests: In order to receive travel rate, clinician’s claimed residence must match address on drivers license. Driver License is required for RN/LPN/PTs working on a compact license. Ascension Health does not accept vaccine/TDAP declinations.
