*POSITION SUMMARY: *

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will coordinate full cycle recruiting efforts including sourcing, prescreening, interviewing, testing, and hiring in a timely manner and in accordance with company policies.

*ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES: *

* In conjunction with the VP of HR, drafts, maintains, and tracks an ongoing staffing plan document which guides all recruiting efforts.
* Develops a recruiting strategy in collaboration with the VP of HR and department heads for recruitment purposes
* Coordinates with the University's in the region to participate in onsite recruiting events.
* Actively engage with University staff to develop and maintain positive ongoing working relationships
* Reviews and analyzes resumes and applications to determine compatibility to open positions.
* Screens candidates, in person and over the phone; coordinates full in-person interviews with viable candidates.
* Presents qualified applicants to managers in a timely manner and schedules for department interviews when necessary
* Administers pre-employment assessments to candidates. Serves as a subject matter expert in interpreting results to hiring managers
* Conducts thorough reference and background checks on selected candidates when applicable
* Prepares New Hire Packets and Files
* Notifies appropriate employees of hiring, coordinates and conducts new hire orientation and manages the on boarding for new associates.
* Ensures legal and regulatory compliance with all applicable laws and follows company policies and procedures throughout the employment process.
* Provides feedback and metrics to the VP of HR pertaining to recruiting metrics, recruiting trends, and any issues and concerns.
* Assists the VP of HR with AGHYOU Development Program
* Manages data entry into the HRIS pertaining to recruitment and applicant tracking. Proactively ensures ongoing data integrity.
* Recommends new approaches, policies, and procedures to effect continual improvement in the efficiency of recruitment.
* Assists in the development and delivering of recruitment and hiring training programs to managers throughout the firm
* Conducts necessary administrative activities in the recruitment hiring process and maintains recruiting records according to company policy and state/federal laws.
* Develops and maintains an effective ATS database.

*QUALIFICATIONS: *

* Bachelors' Degree Preferred
* 3-5 years recruiting experience required. College recruitment a plus
* Previous HR or Customer Service-related experience a plus
* Previous experience with HRIS or applicant tracking systems a plus
* Strong understanding of the job functions and possesses the knowledge and skills required to perform the required job functions.
* Dependable, responsible, and willing to accept accountability. Dynamic and energetic.
* Salesmanship orientation.
* Considerable skill in interview techniques.
* A solid knowledge of all positions and an understanding of the company's organizational structure.
* Excellent customer service orientation with strong relationship building skills across a diverse population group.
* Effective interpersonal management skills with a high degree of professionalism.
* Results oriented; strong self-management and decision-making skills with the ability to prioritize and complete multiple projects and tasks in a fast-paced environment and appropriately handle job-related stress.
* Demonstrated ability to use multiple recruiting sources and methods
* Solid knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
* Strong continuous learning orientation for self.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
