ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities include but are not limited to:

• This position has no direct supervisory responsibilities but will serve in a lead capacity for different initiatives.
• Work collaboratively with the Engineering Leadership team and HR Business Partner
• Partner with hiring managers and RPO (Recruitment Process Outsourcing) provider to develop talent acquisition strategy, planning, and selection of hires.
• Partner with training and development team on strategies to support partnerships with technical learning institutions in development of talent pipelines.
• Develop and maintain working relationships in a matrix organization.
• Participate in the development of policies and procedures to achieve specific goals.
• Recommend new practices, processes, metrics, and models.
• Develop and lead complex projects. QualificationsRequired:
  • 7+ years relevant experience
  • Diverse experiences with people, process, projects/initiatives
  • Clear, tactful and effective communication
  • Demonstrated ability to pivot in an everchanging, fast paced environment Preferred Qualifications:
  • Engineering Recruiting, Workforce Planning, Human Resources
  • Project Management experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications: PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook
  • Training in behavioral interviewing
  • Experience in reporting and workforce analytics
