A company is looking for a Recruiting and Sourcing
Consultant.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with partners to create recruitment campaigns and
marketing content
Provide excellent customer service to stakeholders in the
recruitment process
Continuously monitor and enhance the candidate experience
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Bachelor's degree, preferably in Human Resources,
Marketing/Communications, or related field
Five years of relevant professional experience, with preference for
prior recruitment experience in the targeted specialty
No licensure or certification required
