This position offers the opportunity to independently manage your workload and routes with the backing of a supportive team committed to your success. Safely operate a tractor-trailer to transport refrigerated goods across designated routes in the USA. Perform pre-trip, en-route, and post-trip inspections of vehicle and equipment to ensure road safety. Manage schedules and routes efficiently to maximize fuel efficiency and timely deliveries. Maintain accurate logs of working hours and vehicle service status in compliance with federal regulations. Collaborate with dispatch and logistics team to optimize routes and troubleshoot on-road issues. Handle documentation necessary for cargo, and ensure the integrity and security of the load in transit. Commit to maintaining high service standards for safety and quality. Strong technical skill in operating large vehicles with a clear understanding of mechanical systems. Deep knowledge of navigation and compliance with road regulations. Excellent organizational and logistical planning skills. Effective communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with customers and dispatch. Ability to manage and document records electronically and efficiently. Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL-A). Completion of a qualified truck driving training school or equivalent experience. No serious tickets or accidents in the last 5 years. No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years.
