Job Description:
Production Manager A privately held (family) manufacturing
company with 60 years of history has a unique opportunity to join
their leadership team west of Enid, OK with future opportunities
for career growth. Profile: Outstanding prior track record in a
manufacturing environment executing: Leadership development of the
entire operations team Succession Planning at all levels of the
organization. Cross-Training Strategy in all departments Employee
Engagement and Cultural Change Initiatives. Continuous Improvement
(Lean) execution and sustainment Development, Implementation and
Sustainment of key performance indicators (KPI’s) Prefer a minimum
of 3-5 years in a significant leadership role. Prefer a Bachelor's
Degree / some College Prefer someone who is promotable into a
multi-site role within the business in the future. Compensation is
DOE: Range is $80K to 100K plus Bonus. ???????Re-lo is available
for the right candidate. Must be authorized to work in the US (no
