The primary function of the Director of Cultural Design and Development is to provide strategic direction and operational oversight for the events and programming available to Independent Living residents. The position is responsible for the delivery of service excellence, regulatory compliance, achieving financial targets, resident/community public relations, and staff development. The individual will have leadership oversight of the Fitness Center, and Independent Living Dining services and will serve as a liaison to all departments to create and offer opportunities for resident engagement and enhanced quality of resident life..
